Kiwi soft toy made from the closest looking thing to kiwi feathers we're allowed to use - brown faux fur. Available in large (29cm) or medium (22cm) and in light or husky brown. Large size is approximately the same size as an adult kiwi. So real that when carrying them I've had people come and ask me if they can touch the real kiwi...true story, twice on the same day in fact!

The fur looks just like kiwi feathers, we also use it to make our popular Maori cloaks and bags which were traditionally made using real kiwi feathers. Kiwi are now a protected species.

Child friendly with safety washer eyes. Made in New Zealand.

Handsome chap

This is an absolutely beautiful hand made Kiwi soft toy. We bought the large, dark toy for our granddaughter who was visiting from the UK. A perfect present; she'll be taking a little bit of NZ back to the UK and it will hopefully remind her of the fun times she had in NZ. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely!

On my wonderful trip to New Zealand I found one of your handmade KIWI in the shop of the Five Rivers Café on the road to Queenstown.
I'm back now in germany, and KIWI is sitting on my sofa sharing his/her place with a handmade Koala from Oz in a very peaceful ANZ coexistense as it should be.
I want to thank you so much: KIWI brings back all the wonderful memeories of New Zealnad, whenever I sit next to it: it is so beautifully made and so cuddly - absolutely lovely!
PS: KIWI's name is Kea, by the way!
