Refund Policy
We know people love our stuff! We haven't stayed in business since 1976 by making products people don't like. When people come into our factory and see our products we hear them get excited and they often tell us the prices are way too low for New Zealand Made!
But we also know that buying on a website isn't quite the same as going into a shop or coming into our factory. You can't tell exactly how big the product is, you can't touch it to see how nice it feels, and if it makes a noise like our toy sheep or felt balls you can't hear the sounds it makes. We get that, and we want you to be confident and happy with your purchase.
So, if you're not satisfied with you purchase when you receive it, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will refund your money or replace it with something else - whichever option you choose.
We don't refund our cost of sending you the goods - note this may be more than we charged you for flat rate shipping of $6 in NZ or $15 to Australia. Often it will have cost us more than that to send your order, especially for large items, so we deduct what the shipping company charged us.
You'll need to return the product at your cost and it needs to be unused and in it's original packaging.
We also don't refund the credit card commision as that's kept by Shopify and we aren't refunded it if an order is cancelled - in NZ that's 2.7% plus 30 cents per transaction. Overseas it's 3.7% plus 30 cents per transaction. Likewise if you've paid through a third party such as PayPal or Afterpay - we don't refund the commision we're charged by them. This applies even if you cancel your order before we have sent it as we're charged the commision at time of purchase.
