Big Wool Knitting Kits - DiY Throw/Blanket or Mat

Wool like you've never seen it before!. Extremely warm and the most rewarding, relaxing and fast knitting you'll ever do - in no time you'll have a super warm throw or mat. Only plain garter stitch is required and due to the size of our amazing "weird wool" and the loose stitch, it grows super fast. You'll keep warm while your making it - as well as when you're using it! 

You'll make a large loose wool throw/blanket about 1.25 metres long and 95cm wide. Lovely light, soft feel. 1.3kg wool is included. Can also be used as a mat as Roz refers to it as in the video here. Available in DARK, LIGHT or PINK wool.

If you want to make even bigger items you can purchase extra kits. A kit contains the wool and instructions. Large knitting needles are not included but we sell those if required - needles are 35cm long and available in 20mm, 15mm and 12mm. You can make your own needles instead using dowel or PVC pipe.

The included instructions are for knitting. Can be crocheted if you prefer - just use a very large hook and approximately the same amount of chain as stitches in the knitting pattern. All environmentally friendly using NZ wool upcycled from the carpet industry.
