Heru are used to hold and decorate hair into a bun (top knot). Traditionally the head was considered the most sacred part of the body. Because hair was believed to retain a person's spiritual essence the Heru served as a way to honour and protect that spiritual connection.
Available with or without woven kete (bag). Kete makes a very nice gift presentation and safe storage. Kete are also available for purchase seperately.
